Just back from a cracking weekend at the Galway Arts Festival were I took part in the ABSOLUT ARTKLASH – Secret Wars battle -Ireland V Scotland, hosted by the good folk at The Small Print. You’re in for a good night when the Scotland team are in town. Not only was there a battle to witness but DJ Flip was spinning tunes and REEPS ONE had the crowd eating out of the palm of his hand with his unrivalled beatboxing skills. The energy from the crowd was epic and De La Soul popped in to watch the battle, don’t get much better than that! Oh shit, ya, we won! YEEEOOOOO!

Thanks to everyone who came to launch of the ‘Through the Looking Glass’ exhibition in Sligo on Sunday evening, especially since it was brewing up a storm outside! What a great turn out! Once again a big shout out to Wayne O’Connor for inviting me to show pieces and generally being awesome. Big thanks to Davis’s Restaurant & Yeats Tavern also for generously donating wine for our opening reception.

Spent three days this week painting the smoking area of Tricky’s McGarrigles bar in Sligo with KVLR and REDMONK. Big shout out to Tricky and all the staff who took such great care of us while we were there.

Will have pieces in this exhibition in Sligo, opening on July 17th at 6p.m.

Very excited to meet the other artists involved, had a gander at their work and it’s first rate. Exhibition will run for one week, if you’re about please do check it out.

Just back from a weekend of painting at the No Place Like Dome festival in Sligo with Redmonk. Big shout out to Bob, Katie and the rest of the crew who run the festival, they did an amazing job. Was so chilled out. Great people, fantastic music and a bit o’ painting to top it all off!

I’ll be painting at the NPLD Festival this year on Saturday 18th June. Good times are to be had!
